“Karen was very professional and worked closely with myself and all the contractors from start to finish. I had an odd space to open up to make a bathroom/spa, from 2 smaller rooms into one large room. She creatively came up with a solution to make a beautiful large master bath. She helped me pick the best materials for my budget, and was always available and responsive throughout the whole process. She even would come to my house and let in the builders if I was unavailable!

We had some unforeseen challenges, one being a tub that could not be installed within code. She handled this challenge and resolved it satisfactorily even when the manufacturer would not take it back. I would definitely recommend Karen and will likely call her in the future too.”
